The pillow itself is okay. Maybe it didn't deflate properly when coming out of the vacuum packaging, but it is pretty limp overall and was fairly empty on the side with the zipper. I could always add in my own stuffing since there's an opening zipper on one side to fix the problem, but I ordered it with extra stuffing, so I don't think this should have been an issue in the first place. Overall, it's just okay. This is during the covid outbreak, and as of a slap in the face they asked me to review the product. I'm sure if I got it itd be 5 stars but as my wife is stuck in a box in Peru I cannot say so.
